Prepared with prawns, shrimp, red pepper, coconut milk, cow milk, coriander, Dendê oil (oil extracted from the seed of a special palm tree from Amazon area) and bread, topped with Brazil nuts. It has a creamy consistency, pleasant taste and it is NOT spicy. Served with white rice and salad

A typical dish from north and northeast of Brazil with a variation of some ingredients.

BAIÃO DE DOIS ´Da Casa´    $27

A delicious mix of black-eyed beans, rice, smoked pork sausage, chorizo, halloumi cheese, capsicum, fresh herbs. Served with buttered boil cassava sticks, fried egg and salad.
